Where can I park? 

Our theatre offers a selection of options for parking. The lot directly next to our theatre is available for parking on weeknights and weekends. However, this lot is not available on weekdays. In addition, there is metered parking along Mill street and Radcliffe street. Last, the Mill Street Municipal lot is free and only a short few blocks away from the theatre.  

What are the box office hours?

Our Box Office is open Monday through Friday 10a-5p as well as two hours prior to show time. The Box Office does close for holidays.

What is your ticket fee?

All tickets, no matter how you order (online, in person, or over the phone) have a $4 per ticket handling fee.

Do you offer a military discount?

We offer a discount of 25%. The 25% discount would be applied to the active solider or veteran along with their spouse and children. Learn more about our ticket discounts here.

Do you offer discounts for Bristol residents?

Yes! Bristol Borough Residents can receive up to four $5 Borough tickets per household for the Tuesday or Wednesday preview nights of our mainstage Productions. Residents of Bristol Township can receive $10 tickets to any performance of our mainstage productions.

Borough and Township tickets can be reserved by calling the box office, 215-785-0100, or stopping by in person. Tickets will be held at the box office until the day of the performance, and proof of residency must be shown at pick up.

Do you offer group rates?

We do! Our group rates vary depending on the size of the group and the day of the week/weekend you are planning to come. The group must have at least 10 people to qualify for the discount. Groups of 10 to 15 people can be booked online; to do so, add at least 10 single tickets to your cart and the group discount will automatically apply at check out. Can we exchange our tickets?

Of course! If you are a subscriber to our theatre you may exchange your tickets into another performance of the same production for free. Subscribers can call the box office, or fill out this form to request an exchange. If you are not a subscriber, you may exchange your tickets into another performance of the same production for a fee of $5.00 per ticket. Non-subscribers must call the box office.

Can we get a refund on our tickets?

We do not offer refunds for any shows. You may always exchange your tickets for a performance within the same production or donate your tickets back to the theatre.

If there is inclement weather will the show be canceled?

We rarely cancel our shows due to weather, but it does happen! If we do cancel a show you will be immediately notified. We will post on all our social media accounts, send out emails as well as call everyone. We will do everything we can to let you know that we have canceled the show and we will do our best to accommodate you for another date.

Is BRT wheelchair accessible?

BRT is accessible to patrons using wheelchairs. We have an entrance on the left side of our theatre with a ramp. We also have a select number of seats which can be removed to accommodate a wheelchair, please call the box office when wanting to purchase these seats, Be aware that we do not have an elevator in our theatre, so any seats upstairs will not be accessible to a patron with a wheelchair or walker.

Do you sell food & drinks? 

We sure do! Our theatre has a concession stand which opens an hour prior to the show and is open through intermission. We sell a variety of snacks, candy, sodas, tea and coffee, as well as water, beer and wine.
