“Where can I park?”
Our theatre offers a selection of options of parking; the lot directly next to our theatre is available for parking on week nights and weekends, this lot is not available on weekdays. There is street parking along Mill street and Radcliffe street which is available as well, however this is metered parking so be sure to bring quarters with you! Last, there is the Mill Street Municipal lot this lot is free and only a short few blocks away from the theatre.
“What are the Box Office Hours?”
Our Box Office is open Monday through Friday 9:15-4:45 as well as two hours prior to show time. The Box Office does close for Holidays.
“What is your Ticket Fee?”
When purchasing tickets online or over the phone we do have a $3.00 fee per ticket. If you come to the box office and purchase you tickets in person, this fee will be waived.
“Do you offer a Military Discount?”
We offer a discount of 25%. The 25% discount would be applied to the active solider or veteran and their immediate family. Learn more about our ticket discounts here.
“Do you have group rates?”
We do! Our group rates vary depending on the size of the group and the day of the week/weekend you are planning to come. The group must have at least 10 people to qualify for the discount. “Can we exchange our tickets?”
Of course! If you are a subscriber to our theatre you may exchange your tickets into another performance of the same production for free. If you are not a subscriber, you may exchange your tickets into another performance of the same production for a fee of $5.00 per ticket.
“Can we get a refund on our tickets?”
Unfortunately, no. We do have a No Refund Policy here at BRT. You may always exchange your tickets or donate your tickets back to the theatre.
“If there is inclement weather will the show be canceled?”
We rarely cancel our shows due to weather, but it does happen! If we do cancel a show you will be immediately notified. We will post on all our social media accounts, send out emails as well as call everyone. We will do everything we can to let you know that we have canceled the show and we will do our best to accommodate you for another date.
“Is Bristol Riverside Theatre Wheelchair Accessible?”
BRT is accessible to patrons using wheelchairs. We have an entrance on the left side of our theatre with a ramp. We also have a select number of seats which can be removed to accommodate a wheelchair, please call the box office when wanting to purchase these seats, Be aware that we do not have an elevator in our theatre, so any seats upstairs will not be accessible to a patron with a wheelchair or walker.
“Do you sell food and drinks?”
We sure do! Our theatre has a concession stand which opens an hour prior to the show and is open through intermission. We sell a variety of snacks, candy, sodas, tea and coffee, As well as water, beer and wine. We also have our BRT specialty Gelato on sale all season long.
