The Theatre Arts Center is back at BRT this summer with more productions for kids, by kids.
Experience the jolting, exciting and deeply moving pop-rock musical set in 1891 Germany. Teenagers enter puberty in a repressed world—where grown-ups hold all the cards—and question themselves, life and sexuality. Based on the controversial 19th century play, Spring Awakening won 8 Tony Awards, including the 2007 Tony Award for Best Musical!
While this show has been edited with author approval for younger audiences, parental discretion is strongly advised. Recommended for ages 15 and up.
