Q: How can I exchange tickets?

A: Subscribers can exchange tickets in two ways.  The first way is by coming into the Box Office with your tickets.  The second is by sending your tickets in along with the completed Subscriber Exchange form.  BRT cannot make any exchanges without the tickets in hand.  Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours before the performance date on your tickets.  We are unable to make an exchange after your scheduled performance has passed.  Subscribers are entitled to one exchange for each of the productions.  Additional exchanges within the same production will incur a $5.00 surcharge per transaction.  There may be an upgrade charge if you are exchanging to a more expensive performance. Seating is based on availability.

Q: How can I redeem my Flexible Subscription coupons?

A: Like exchanging tickets, flexible tickets can be redeemed by coming to the BRT Box Office with your coupons or by sending in the coupons with the completed Flexible Subscription redemption form.  Seating is based on availability.

Q: What are my options for buying tickets to BRT as a gift?

A: There are several options for purchasing tickets as gifts:

1.  Gift Certificates - gift certificates are sold in any amount the purchaser wishes.  This allows the bearer to apply the gift certificate to the purchase of tickets, subscriptions or concession items.  Gift Certificates are good for one (1) year from date of purchase.

2. Quick Tix Certificates - A Quick Tix Certificate entitles the bearer to two tickets to any performance of any show for the current season.  The cost of a Quick Tix Certificate is $75.  Quick Tix are good until the end of the currrent mainstage season.

3.  Single Tickets and Subscriptions can be purchased on-line through this web site.

Q: How can I make a contribution to BRT?

A: Contributions can be made to BRT by through the mail, at the Box Office or by calling 215-785-0100.  Please be sure to note that this is a donation and how your donation should be listed in our program.  For supporters wishing to donate new or in good condition used items call Becky Thompson at 215-785-6664.  Remember any contributions to BRT are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

Q:  What are the normal working hours for BRT?

A: The BRT Administrative Office is open Monday to Friday from 9:30AM to 4:30PM and can be reached at 215-785-6664.  The BRT Box Office is open Monday to Friday from 9:30AM to 4:30PM with extended and weekend hours on show days.  The Box Office can be reached at 215-785-0100.

Q: What kind of parking is available near BRT?

A: There are several options for parking.  For most evening and weekend shows patrons can park in the bank parking lot next to the theatre (patrons should not park in the bank parking lot during banking hours) or take advantage of the ample on street parking.  There is also a large municipal parking lot a block away from the theatre behind the shops on Mill Street.  All parking is free except metered on street parking (which is in effect from 8AM to 5PM - Monday to Friday).

Q: What provisions does BRT make for special needs patrons?

A: BRT is handicapped accessible and a special ramp is provided on the side of the building for entering.  Patrons in wheelchairs should alert the Box Office to their special needs as seating is limited.  Assited Listening Devices are available at the concession counter prior to performances.

Q: What is BRT's refund policy?

A: BRT has a no refund policy.  If for some reason you are not able to attend your scheduled performance, we ask that you pass along the ticket to friend or donate the ticket back to the theatre.  All donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
